The journey to access this rare coffee is perilous but also filled with awe inspiring natural beauty. The farmers are hardworking, taking care to ensure the coffee plants are healthy and harvesting only the ripe fruit before sun drying these ruby-like gems.
This coffee is grown on hill slopes at 900 - 1200 meters above sea level, where the sun caresses the blossoms.
