Regular Single Shot

·        30 ml espresso (9g)

·        160 - 180 ml hot water

Double Shot

·        60 ml espresso (18g)

·        110 - 120 ml hot water

3.       

Latte

·        30 ml espresso (9g)

·        200 ml milk

·        Heat the milk 85°C above

·        Froth the milk with French press (less milk foam)

Cappuccino

·        30 ml espresso (9g)

·        180 ml milk

·        Heat the milk up to 65°-70°C

·        Froth the milk with French press (more foam)

3.

Mocha

·        Add 18-20 ml of chocolate liquid

·        30 ml espresso (9g)

·        200 ml milk

·        Heat the milk up to 65°-70°C

·        Froth the milk with French press and pour

4.

Irish Coffee

·        Add 8-10g (brown sugar/sugar) or use Irish Syrup (18-20ml) for premium

·        Whisky (white rum): (15ml-30ml) – depending upon how strong the customers want

·        Add Hot water (60ml-70ml): 85°C - 90°C

·        Espresso Coffee (30ml)

·        Add whip cream for topping (optional)

Irish Latte

·        30 ml espresso (9g)

·        180 ml milk (75°C - 85°C)

·        18-20 ml Irish Syrup

Cold Coffee

·        3 Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream

·        4-5 ice cubes

·        120 ml milk

·        30ml espresso

·        Add sugar (optional if customer doesn’t want sugar)

·        Mix and serve

Iced Mocha

·        3 Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream

·        4-5 ice cubes

·        120 ml milk

·        30ml espresso

·        Add chocolate syrup: 18-20ml

·        Mix and Serve

Affogato

Regular

·        1 scoop of vanilla ice cream

·        30ml espresso

Large

·        2 scoop of vanilla ice cream

·        60ml espresso
